Let’s get started: An initial one-hour consultation ($75) covering goal setting, training history, data and video analysis, initial advice, and possible service options going forward. See below…

Step2: Forms, video analysis, training data I would like to review your training background and your readiness to train. Although no money is exchanged as advice is expected I consider this consultation as a Training Service. For this matter I need you to fill out some forms… you will need to fill out three forms.

Video Analysis… If you happen to have these, it will greatly enhance the consultation. Athletes with ongoing coaching must show movement skill for the movement being coached. Can be a video from the last six months.
- For Swimming: a recording from the Side and Front, from above and below water
- For Cycling: a recording from the Side, Front, and Back (Center on mid-thigh, can ride on trainer)
- For Running: a recording from the Side, Front, and Back (Center on hips, can run on treadmill)
Training Data… In our initial introduction I will ask you to connect your TRAININGPEAKS™ Account with my Coaching Account. This will allow me to go over your past training data.
Step 3: After I have had an opportunity to review the above a proper consultation can proceed. See you soon.

Performance Plan: The Performance Plan is for the final preparations before an event. This service is meant to provide that extra support to prevent any stumbles. It starts four to eight weeks out and finishes upon the completion of the event. Covering parts of event preparation that you may have not considered. Anything from training preparation to on location conditions.
