Terms of Service

Training Service

  • Contact Service with Go@MilestoneStation.com
  • Non-USA residents can be USA Triathlon members (race license).
  • All participants receiving Training Services must have an Annual USA Triathlon membership. If you are new to USA Triathlon, get a discount with this referral link: Form at USATriathlon.org (Click here)
  • All participants receiving Training Services will be added to the roster of Milestone Station, a USA Triathlon club. This does not add you to the Milestone Station Squad, race with the team of your choice.
  • All individuals participating in Group Sessions will need to fill out two forms: Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire: Document at SignNow.com (Click here), Release and Waiver: Document at SignNow.com (Click here)
  • All individuals receiving One-to-One Consultation or Training Support (Option 1, 2, or 3) will need to connect their TRAININGPEAKS Account with the training services and fill out three forms: Training History and your Goals: Document at SignNow.com (Click here), Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire: Document at SignNow.com (Click here), Release and Waiver: Document at SignNow.com (Click here)
  • All individuals receiving Training Support (Option 1, 2, or 3) must show movement skill for the movement being coached. Can be a video from the last six months: For Swimming a recording from the Side and Front, from above and below water, for Cycling a recording from the Side, Front, and Back (Center on mid-thigh, can ride on trainer), for Running a recording from the Side, Front, and Back (Center on hips, can run on treadmill).
  • In-Person Movement Analysis can substitute Video Analysis but will be considered as Local One-to-One Time (Below).
  • Chats are generally unscheduled, brief (10 minutes), online/virtual, and included in Option 1, 2 and 3.
  • One-to-Ones are scheduled longer sessions up to 60 minutes online/virtual or in Broward County and are $75/hour.
  • Individuals on Option 2 have One included One-to-One, Individuals on Option 3 have two included One-to-Ones.
  • A Call Out Fee of $30 is waived if session is online/virtual or in downtown Fort Lauderdale. (Downtown Fort Lauderdale is generally East of the Brightline, North of State Road 84, and South of Oakland Park Blvd)
  • Swim Coaching must be done at a lifeguarded facility and must be arranged by the participant.
  • Open Water Swimming will be held at Ocean Rescue Tower 16 during lifeguarded hours.
  • Due to the nature of Open Water Swimming, Fort Lauderdale Beach Conditions Website (Click here) must show safe conditions.
  • Cycling Coaching must be done with helmet and in a generally safe environment.
  • Training Support (Option 1, 2 or 3) is set to 4-Week Blocks, joining the Milestone Station Squad requires an initial minimum of 12-week Training Support.

Delivery Policy (Greeper Laces)

Milestone Station LLC will endeavor to dispatch orders for Greeper Laces within 3 working days of returning to Fort Lauderdale (We are often at Events) Shipments will be carried out through USPS. Shipping options will be provided at time of checkout.

Return/Refund Policy

Please return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged, and with all the original labels attached as originally supplied and returned to us within 30 days from date of your order. Please also be aware that buyers will be responsible for the cost of returning the items by post.

In the unfortunate case of Milestone Station LLC making a mistake with dispatching an item, or if an item is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item. With an item being faulty we will ask for you to return the item and once the manufacturing fault has been established and confirmed we will be happy to reimburse the customer of any out of pocket postal charges.

How do I return an item I ordered online?

If you would like to return an item, please email us/call us in the 1st instance. You will then need to return your purchase, in it’s original package to the following address:

Please send a note with the package describing why you have returned it. Please give us at least 1 week to process your refund once we’ve received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed. We will endeavor in all circumstances to refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods.
