Focusing on the world of Endurance and Adventure, Milestone Station is taking a bit of a different approach to the multi-sport universe with GoTravel GoActive, inviting individuals from a variety of endurance sports to explore new challenges on bike, foot, and water.
GoTravel GoActive is bringing cross training over to multi-sport training for the pure enjoyment of outdoor endurance.
GoTravel GoActive is registered with USA Triathlon. All participants need to be annual members ($64) of USA Triathlon… you can have an international address.

Having been a coach since 1999 and having worked for athletes at IRONMAN® events for the past 5 seasons (including Worlds in Kona and St. George), I know what it takes to prepare for an endurance event.
This 4-week program is set up to help you get moving towards your goals. In addition to the time that I am evaluating your needs, I will spend up to 5 hours of One-to-One On-Line time with you. Depending on how advanced you are, we will cover…
- Goals, Wants, and Needs (given your current fitness).
- Present Condition, Movement Analysis, and Training Plan
- Facilities and Equipment
- Events, Adventures, Training Camps, and Destinations
You also benefit from being part of the GoTravelGoActive Level 3 Program, which includes TrainingPeaks Premium & TrainingPeaks Virtual.
This initial 4-week block is set up to get you started and runs $350. You have the option to carry on with the training $125/4-week block. This will allow me to guide you through Prep, Build, and finally Peak training blocks leading to your goals.
If you are using this as part of an upcoming Training Camp this 4-week program is set up to start one week out from the camp-week and ends two weeks following.

Once at Event location, you can contact me anytime, and at some locations in person (view here), to help you manage your experience. The amount of support I will be able to provide on location can vary depending on the circumstances and for this reason is not considered in the cost of the Performanceblock.

2026 Club Schedule
GoTravel GoActive will be heading to several IRONMAN® events as an IRONMAN® TriClub. These are events where I am scheduled to be on location. I will be racing in a couple events and working at others.
IRONMAN® 70.3® Puerto Rico
Scheduled for March 15th, 2026 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I have been to this destination multiple times and I find this place simply magical. Puerto Rico is a tropical Caribbean destination that does not require a passport (from United States citizens)
