Having been a coach since 1999 and having worked for athletes at IRONMAN® events for the past 5 seasons (including Worlds in Kona and St. George), I know what it takes for athletes to be fully confident on race morning.
This 4-week program is set up to start three weeks out from your event and end one week after. In addition to the time that I am evaluating your needs, I will spend up to 5 hours of One-to-One On-Line time with you. We will go over your…

You also benefit from being part of the GoTravelGoActive Level 3 Program, which includes TrainingPeaks Premium & TrainingPeaks Virtual.
This 4-week block is set up to prepare you for your Event Day(s) and runs $350. You do have the option to start earlier or carry on after with the training at $125/4-week block.
On Location
Once on location, you can contact me anytime, and in some locations in person, to help you manage your experience. See an updated list of events where I will be in person here.
The amount of support I will be able to provide on location can vary depending on the circumstances and for this reason is not considered in the cost of the Performanceblock.
If your event is an IRONMAN® or IRONMAN®70.3®, I recommend using one of the IRONMAN® Experiences provided by Nirvana Sports Travel to complete many of the tasks on your Event-Week Run Sheet in addition to receiving some extra perks. (See below)
