Focusing on the world of Endurance and Adventure, Milestone Station is taking a bit of a different approach to the multi-sport universe with, inviting individuals from a variety of endurance sports to explore new challenges on bike, foot, and water.
The resource pages cover topics for fitness and active travel that most of my clients should find useful from day to day. This is information that I gathered over time through education and experience with clients.
I am able to provide a much deeper focus on the individual level with consultations or an on-going gotravelgoactive subscription. Your focus may range becoming more Active, preparing for a hike or bike Tour, planning a Training Camp, to becoming an IRONMAN®. It all starts with a free one-hour consultation to see what works best for you.

Having been a coach since 1999 and having worked for athletes at IRONMAN® events for the past 5 seasons (including Worlds in Kona and St. George), I know what it takes to prepare for an endurance event.
This 4-week program is set up to help you get moving towards your goals. In addition to the time that I am evaluating your needs, I will spend up to 5 hours of One-to-One with you (on line or in person). Depending on how advanced you are, we will cover…
- Goals, Wants, and Needs (given your current fitness).
- Present Condition, Movement Analysis, and Training Plan
- Facilities and Equipment
- Events, Adventures, Training Camps, and Destinations
You also benefit from being part of the GoTravelGoActive Level 3 Program, which includes TrainingPeaks Premium & TrainingPeaks Virtual.
This initial 4-week block is set up to get you started and runs $350. You have the option to carry on with the training $125/4-week block. This will allow me to guide you through Prep, Build, and finally Peak training blocks leading to your goals.
If you are using this as part of an upcoming Training Camp this 4-week program is set up to start one week out from the camp-week and ends two weeks following.
